Product Description
Built for fast starts
The Mozzafiato Fast R is the latest evolution of Rocket Espresso's Mozzafiato line, built around one idea: getting you to a great cup sooner. Rocket designed the machine to heat up quickly, with an insulated boiler covering to save energy. Rocket Espresso is an Italian maker with a design-led approach that draws on its passion for coffee and cycling, and the Mozzafiato carries that sporty, polished look into the kitchen.
Heat exchanger for brewing and steaming together
The 1.8-liter heat exchanger system lets you brew espresso and steam milk from the same machine, without waiting for the machine to change modes between a shot and a cappuccino.
Rotary pump, with or without plumbing
The Fast R uses a rotary pump, which typically runs more quietly than a vibration pump. It can draw from the machine's water reservoir or from a direct water connection, so you can plumb it in for hassle-free refills.
Clear information at a glance
- Dual pressure gauge lets you monitor both boiler and brew pressure to avoid over- or under-extraction
- OLED display shows machine status
- Tank reserve sensor warns you before the reservoir runs dry
Finished in black
This version comes in black, giving the Mozzafiato a modern, understated look.
