Easy Returns

Although we are confident about the products on our site, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

If you would like to return an item for any reason within 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, please email us at info@yourespressomachines.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process your return. Please note that after the aforementioned 30 day period we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If items are returned with visual signs of wear or tear, or have any issues due to use, they will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.  

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Other Notes:

If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the brand-specific return information.

Sales are to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use' or "temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

The sender shall be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Grindmaster Return Policy

Equipment Returns will be subject to the following guidelines: 

1) Requests for returns from end users will be referred back to the purchaser (i.e. distributor, dealer, roasters, etc.). Equipment may only be returned with approval of said purchaser.

2) Equipment returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

3) Equipment must be returned in original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories arrive clean, and undamaged.

If equipment is not returned in original packaging, it is subject to refusal or call tag to send back to customer.

Parts Returns will be subject to the following guidelines: 

1) New and unused parts will be assessed a 30% restocking fee if accepted for return.

2) Used, damaged, incomplete kits, and/or obsolete parts will not be accepted for return. info@grindmaster.com In the case of returns caused by Grindmaster Corporation error, Grindmaster Corporation will be responsible for return freight. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Any returns received without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to the sender. All returned goods with a valid RA number must be received within 45 days of RA issuance or the RA will be considered void and no credit provided. The RA number must be written on the outside of the carton. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges of any “Refused Delivery” shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping using a carrier that provides tracking information.

UNIC Return Policy 

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund most items at no cost to you if the return request is done up to 30 days from date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges for any other reason

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that are received damaged will not be refunded.

Electrical parts if installed, can only be returned if the installation was done by an Electrolux Authorized Service Provider. Electrical parts installed by anyone else are unable to be returned and no credit or exchange will be issued.

Shipping and service fees on the original order are non-refundable and will be discounted from the refund amount. Additional charges may apply in exchanges for items different than the original.
